Megyn Kelly\u00a0tore into Joy Reid<\/a>\u00a0over the former MSNBC host\u2019s comments that \u201cnobody black I know is really excited about the 4th of July,\u201d calling her a \u201crace hustler\u201d and arguing that Reid is wildly out of touch with most black Americans.<\/p>\n

Kelly blasted Reid on her podcast while reacting to a clip in which Reid described Independence Day as \u201cthe celebration of slaveholders who freed themselves from having to pay taxes to the Crown for their slave empire.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy don\u2019t we go to Joy Reid?\u201d Kelly said on Monday\u2019s edition of her SiriusXM show.<\/p>\n
