President Trump publicly revealed that\u00a0Keir Starmer is quitting before the United Kingdom\u2019s prime minister announced his departure<\/a>\u00a0from 10 Downing Street to the public.<\/p>\n

Trump, 80, who\u00a0clashed with Starmer, 63, over Iran<\/a>\u00a0and other hot-button issues, trashed the unpopular Labour Party leader before wishing him well.<\/p>\n

Multiple reports indicate that Starmer intends to resign as prime minister as soon as Monday amid his rising unpopularity and a loss of confidence\u00a0in him\u00a0from the Labour Party, whose MPs are trying to make room for\u00a0Andy Burnham to become their leader.<\/a><\/p>\n
