An 11-year-old girl and her father were shot and wounded when gunfire erupted in a McDonald\u2019s parking lot \u2014 with doctors saying a stray bullet lodged in the child\u2019s head cannot be removed.<\/p>\n

Dora Belen Rivera and her father, Oscar Roman Miron, were sitting in an SUV outside a Hallandale Beach McDonald\u2019s on June 27, waiting for their order, when violence erupted in the parking lot,\u00a0according to the Hallandale Beach Police Department<\/a>\u00a0and local reports.<\/p>\n

Eighteen-year-old Ralph N-Kosi Blue, who was about to start his shift at the fast-food spot, allegedly opened fire at a person running toward him, striking the young girl in the head and her dad in the hip,\u00a0NBC 6 South Florida reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

Harrowing footage obtained by the outlet showed the two men frantically circling the family\u2019s car and ducking while Blue allegedly fired off shots, with screams echoing from inside the bullet-ridden vehicle.<\/p>\n
